The phone and email are taken from the mission's own Facebook page. The number is area code 318 and Patterson is 985, so it may be a cell, a typo, or correct.

There is no street address anywhere public. A map needs one. Ask whether the house's address should be published at all: for some residential recovery houses the answer is deliberately no, and that is a decision the mission makes, not a field left blank by accident.
